1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You may return new and unused products within 27 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original condition (unused, unworn, and unwashed).

In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Restocking Fee

A $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover processing and administrative costs.

This fee applies to all returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Customized or personalized products (e.g., items with custom designs or engravings).

Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during a clearance event.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item(s).
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method minus the $30 restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

The $30 restocking fee does not apply to exchanges.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately atSupport@stylesproglow.shop. We will provide a prepaid return label and either:

Issue a full refund, including shipping costs (no restocking fee applies).
9. Late or Missing Refunds
